Job summary

Bay Insulation Systems in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to run the seaming machine, make basic adjustments, and ensure quality of rolled fabric, seams, and labeled insulation panels.

The role requires daily safety checks, machine setups, and basic maintenance, along with quality testing and proper material handling. Forklift operation is also part of the duties, with preference given to candidates with 1 year of production or machine operation experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year production or warehouse experience preferred.
• 1 year machine operation experience preferred.
• Shift: 2nd shift, Mon–Thu 3:00PM–12:30AM, Fri 11:00AM–5:00PM.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily safety checks on all equipment and follows safety procedures.
• Enters order tracking information on production forms.
• Performs daily machine setups and basic machine maintenance.
• Performs compliance testing and other quality control measures.
• Loads and unloads trucks of products and materials.
• Operates forklift to move raw materials and products.
