Job summary

Bay Insulation Systems in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to run the seaming machine, make basic adjustments, and ensure quality of rolled fabric, seams, and labeled insulation panels.

The role requires daily safety checks, machine setups, and basic maintenance, along with quality testing and proper material handling. Forklift operation is also part of the duties, with preference given to candidates with 1 year of production or machine operation experience.

Qualifications

Job description

Description The Machine Operator runs the seaming machine and provides basic adjustments as needed. The seaming machine rolls out fabric, cuts by specified measurement, and heat welds together to create a bigger insulation panel. This associate will ensure quality of all rolls including seams, fabric usage, panel length, and labeling of panels. This is a 2nd shift position with a schedule consisting of Monday through Thursday 3:00PM - 12:30AM and Friday 11:00AM - 5:00PM.
