Job summary

The Custodian at Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH) is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility in compliance with company policies and all relevant laws. This role supports a food-safe environment in a cannabis manufacturing setting.

Key tasks include cleaning assigned areas, operating the floor scrubber, stocking items, and maintaining PPE. Must be 21+, pass a background check, and have a high school diploma or GED.

AWH is a U.S. multi-state operator in seven states including Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Maryland.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Custodian is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility in compliance with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations set forward by Cannabis Regulatory Agency. This role is essential in maintaining a food-safe and compliant environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned daily areas of the site (ie, Break rooms, common areas, locker rooms)
• Operates appropriate machines to do job in full ability (Floor scrubber)
• Stock necessary items in and around the site
• Cleans floors, walls, equipment and required areas
• Maintain PPE equipment and ensure the availability of equipment
• Notify Management when essential items are running low.

• While performing the duties of this job, this position requires you to sit and regularly use hand(s) to handle, grasp, feel, and touch.
