Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH) is seeking a Facilities Associate to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards within our cannabis cultivation and production facility. You will perform custodial tasks, assist with routine upkeep, and support a professional team in a regulated environment.

JOB SUMMARY

The Facilities Associate reports directly to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall condition of the facility to support a safe, professional, and operationally efficient environment. This role performs custodial and general facility maintenance duties, assists with routine upkeep activities, and ensures facility standards are consistently maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements while demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Work is performed in cannabis cultivation and production environments with regular exposure to cannabis plants, cannabis-related odors, pollen, dust, mechanical equipment, and varying temperatures, humidity levels, weather conditions, and seasonal lighting.

SCHEDULE

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform duties in accordance with company safety policies, procedures, and standards

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Must pass all required screenings and background checks
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required state licenses, registrations, and credentials
