Intermountain Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator for the Second Shift at the South Point, OH facility. The role administers and implements companywide safety programs, coordinates audits, and leads training to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with HSE, HR, and leadership to foster a safe work environment, handle investigations, and travel to other IE facilities as needed. The position requires 5–10 years of industrial experience and OSHA 30 certification or

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel 30–50%.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Administers and implements companywide occupational safety programs.
• Plans, designs, develops, and evaluates safety programs.
• Investigates safety incidents and coordinates with authorities as needed.
• Conducts regular safety inspections and audits.
• Coordinates trainings for East facilities and ensures compliance with CFR1910/1926 and MSHA.
