Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field is required or a Master’s with no experience.
• 3+ years of safety experience in manufacturing or startups is desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirements and risk-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct floor inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support OSHA compliance and safety programs across plant operations.
• Develop and deliver safety training and toolbox talks.
• Maintain safety documentation and track corrective actions.
• Serve as primary safety resource for second‑shift operations.
