The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and prior rotational molding experience. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Prior rotational molding experience preferred.
• Licenses: No licenses or certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Operates rotational molding machine to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale targets.
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.
• Maintains clean and organized work area and follows safety regulations.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machines as per PM charts.
• Performs molding, deburring, inspection and auxiliary tasks as assigned.
• Maintains production pace per parts-per-hour or per-part timing.
• Accepts supervision and assists with machine setup as needed.
