Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. seeks a Rotational Molding Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Horicon, Wisconsin. You will operate the rotational molding machine, change molds, and monitor scrap while upholding safety and quality standards.

Hours are 2pm–10pm, Monday through Friday. The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate recordkeeping, and adherence to lean manufacturing practices to drive efficiency and reduce defects.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple math and measurements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work with precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operates rotational molding machine to meet plant metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
• Maintains clean and safe work area and follows safety regulations.
• Transfers resin and forms parts; conducts mold changes using overhead cranes and rigging.
• Documents production and quality logs and communicates issues across shifts.
