Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a Trimmer to trim, flame, finish plastic parts and manage QA quantities in Horicon, WI. The role supports production with hands-on tasks and data entry.

You will work 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, enjoy a $3 per hour shift differential and a $1,000 signing bonus. On-the-job training and advancement opportunities are available in a metal fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a highly technical environment.
• Strong orientation towards quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Trim excess plastic from parting lines.
• Inspect product and communicate findings back to the machine operators.
• Assemble product according to work instructions.
• Data entry and basic computer functions.
• Select correct hand tooling with setup documents or supervision.
• Meet time standards and quality expectations.
• Document material, production and quality issues.
• Maintain equipment logs and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
