Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Plastics Division on the 2nd shift in Horicon. You will oversee shift teammates, manage safety, and drive production goals while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, coordinating with the Plant Manager and other supervisors, mentoring staff, and ensuring documentation of production logs. OT may be required on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; leadership experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at pace in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate shift activities to meet production goals with quality.
• Troubleshoot machines and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Mentor and develop direct reports; lead hands-on leadership on the line.
• Document production and quality logs; communicate needs across shifts.
