Analog Devices, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a 2nd Shift Rework Technician to support high‑performance microwave modules assembly.

The role requires precise rework on QFN components, RF amplifiers, and related products with extensive ground planes, using hot plates and hot‑air tools while maintaining solder joint integrity. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in micro/micro‑assembly or related work, strong IPC‑610 soldering skills, and flexibility to work 3PM‑11:30PM with shift differential; it

Qualifications

High school diploma required; vocational/technical diploma is a plus.
Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain government security clearance; current clearance preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in micro/micro-assembly or related field; IPC-610 soldering skills.
Ability to read process sheets, prints and drawings; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Work 8 hours under the microscope utilizing miniaturized hand tools such as tweezers and fine screwdrivers.
In-process inspection and self-inspection.
Hand solder components, wires, and jumpers into the assemblies per IPC-610.
Assemble and/or solder electronic components to printed circuit boards.
MMIC Die attach of chip components using silver epoxy.
Hybrid circuit assemblies using silver epoxy and solder.
Read detailed process sheets, prints and drawings; follow written and verbal instructions.
