Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Refrigeration Maintenance technician for the 1st shift in the United States. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration equipment and plant assets, with emphasis on safety and procedural compliance.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in industrial refrigeration or 12 months in industrial maintenance, or be a recent graduate from an industrial refrigeration program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of industrial refrigeration experience.
• Recent graduate from an industrial refrigeration program.
• 12 months of industrial maintenance experience (Must list experience on the application and/or in the resume).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets.
• Utilization of Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Ladders, Fall Protection, and Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Willingness for overtime and weekend work.
• Completion of computer-based training and data entry into the SAP system.
