Job summary

Surestaff, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Coordinator to support receiving, put away, and picking materials, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time shipments in Ingleside, IL. You will verify shipments against POs, document damaged goods, and coordinate with Purchasing.

This role requires at least 1 year in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, the ability to write clear reports, basic computer skills, forklift certification, and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Verification: Receive incoming raw materials and dies, verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, inspect damaged goods.
• Material Coordination: Identify raw materials and dies, coordinate re-tool and new die requests with Purchasing.
• Inventory Control: Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts; store stock and document WIP for end-of-month reporting.
• Material Processing: Operate the slitter/rewinder to slit and join materials and maximize press utilization.
• Issue Resolution: Identify issues causing shipment delays and work with Purchasing/Inventory Planning & Production to remove bottlenecks.
• Operational Excellence: Maximize productivity and minimize material waste in all actions.
• Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
