Job summary

Design Ready Controls, a leader in control panel building, seeks a Warehouse Specialist to join the production team on a 2nd shift (4x10, M-Th, 2:30pm–1:00am). You will handle inventory control, order picking, steel kitting, receiving, and related tasks.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, warehouse receiving experience, forklift certification, and ERP familiarity. Strong math, computer skills, and communication, plus the ability to lift 50-85 pounds, are essential;

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent (required).
• Prior warehouse receiving experience (required), industrial setting (preferred).
• Ability to use strapping/banding equipment.
• ERP experience (preferred).
• Some leadership experience (preferred).
• Forklift driving experience required (certification process provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform and participate in all responsibilities for inventory control specialist, order picker, steel kitter, and receiving.
• Learn how to identify processes that are weak, missing or need adaptation.
• Master how to create plans that will achieve end goals with guidance from lead and supervisor.
• Assist lead in operational management of team.
• Participate in soft skills training when instructed.
• Learn how to persuade, teach, and guide team members through their thought process to find positive solutions.
• Become a certified trainer.
