Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT is seeking a Program Representative for the DARTS team on 2nd shift to deliver real-time deckplate support and enable digital knowledge transfer. You will help shipbuilders resolve IT and digital tool issues and partner with Operations to improve deployed capabilities.

The role requires strong communication across technical and non-technical teams, the ability to walk the shipyard, and a commitment to security clearances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum two years of experience in Digital Enterprise, Program Office, Engineering, Design Build Sustain, Planning, Operations, customer support of digital applications
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the Department of Defense
• Ability to work 2nd shift working hours
• Experience working with Operations, Quality Assurance, or Planning
• Experience providing customer support for digital applications
• Experience with organizational change or change management

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid resolution for basic IT, digital tool, and application issues on the deckplate
• Support the use of shipyard digital tools (e.g., OWL, Interactive Work Instructions (IWI), Mobile ERS, etc.)
• Troubleshoot basic tablet issues and serve as a liaison between the deckplate and IT teams, including Tech Stop and Production Support
• Partner with Operations to identify tool problems or opportunities for improvements with deployed capabilities
• Must be able to walk the shipyard to support operations during construction
