Job summary

GSC Wholesale LLC, based in Houston, seeks a dependable Forklift Operator for 1st shift. Earn $18.00 per hour with base increases, plus $1.50 cooler/freezer premium and incentive pay.

Position is full-time, Sundays through Fridays with 5 on/2 off, at 3100 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77021. Responsibilities include operating a forklift, inventory tracking with handheld devices, stacking and replenishing slots, loading/unloading, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse.
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology.
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment.
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels.

Earn $18.00 per hour, then up to $28.25 with additional incentive earning potential and premiums

WE ARE CURRENTLY NEEDING CANDIDATES THAT HAVE STAND UP REACH TRUCK EXPERIENCE.

Job Description

• Earn $18 per hour + Base Increases + $1.50 (cooler/freezer premium) + Incentive and Attendance pay (once you qualify)
• FT, 1st shift, Sunday-Friday, 5 days on/2 days off
• Location: 3100 Holcombe Blvd. Houston, Texas 77021

You will contribute by:

• Operating a forklift to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology - Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment - Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders - Staging finished product in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
