Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers in Houston is seeking a Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations, replenishing product levels and ensuring items are readily accessible. The role emphasizes safety and efficiency and requires stand-up reach truck experience.

You will operate a forklift, track inventory with handheld devices, stack and rotate merchandise, and assist with loading and unloading while adhering to safety protocols. Training and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse.

• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas.
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers.
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels.

Position Overview

Forklift Operators help support this mission by replenishing product levels to ensure items can be easily accessed in the warehouse. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

Earn $18.00 per hour, then up to $28.25 with additional incentive earning potential and premiums. WE ARE CURRENTLY NEEDING CANDIDATES THAT HAVE STAND UP REACH TRUCK EXPERIENCE.

Earn $18 per hour + Base Increases + $1.50 (cooler/freezer premium) + Incentive and Attendance pay (once you qualify) FT, 1st shift, Sunday-Friday, 5 days on/2 days off Location: 3100 Holcombe Blvd. Houston, Texas 77021

You will contribute by:
