Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Lock-Out Tag-Out Certified (OJT).
• Familiarity with HACCP (OJT), SQF preferred.
• Understanding GMPs and personal safety rules (OJT).
• Ability to work with others and meet deadlines.
• Ability to read specs and BOMs; basic weights.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to ensure quality and schedule targets.
• Lead and direct team on lines and rework when needed.
• Set up workstations and maintain efficient packaging.
• Perform QA checks and document weights and batch numbers.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation; proper safety procedures.
• Train new personnel and monitor performance.
• Report malfunctions and assist with downtime recovery.
• Ensure correct spices, batch records, and product specs.
