Job summary

Oberto Snacks, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Operator 1 for the 3rd shift in Kent, WA. This onsite role focuses on operating packaging lines, maintaining quality and efficiency, and supporting a safe, productive shift.

The successful candidate will perform QA checks, adjust machines, and collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while upholding Oberto’s standards for quality and safety. Training provided, with growth opportunities in a dynamic snack environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and read specifications; familiarity with GMPs and HACCP required.
• Safety-conscious with strong teamwork, math skills, and English comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines and ensure product meets specifications.
• Set up and monitor stations; lead and assist teammates as needed.
• Perform QA checks, adjust equipment, and document weights and batch numbers.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety procedures; report malfunctions promptly.
• Support changeovers, line efficiency, and production scheduling.
