Qualifications

• Operate machines to meet quality standards and schedule.
• Direct line workers and support other lines when needed.
• Maintain TPM activities: daily checks, lubrication, cleaning, inspection.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct meat, dates, tape, labels per specifications.
• Set up workstations for efficient packaging operations.
• Lead and assist teammates; coordinate with supervisors as needed.
• Encourage punctuality and readiness at start of shifts.
• Perform QA checks to minimize waste and rework.
• Adjust machine settings for quality, speed, and sealing.
• Maintain accurate production records and paperwork.
• Monitor equipment for proper operation and safety.
• Troubleshoot and clear jams; report malfunctions promptly.
• Operate and read automated screens; manage line changes.
• Oversee sanitation during changeovers for species/allergen changes.
• Run labels per product specs and ensure training records are up to date.
• Ensure all process personnel are trained and time tracked.
