Job summary

The successful candidate will manage a team of up to 80 associates, ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Candidates should possess a strong leadership background, experience in food manufacturing, and familiarity with PCQI, HACCP, and GFSI. This full-time position includes ensuring efficient operational processes and developing a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Solid regulatory and quality background with PCQI, HACCP, GFSI experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably food/beverage.
• Experience with audits and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP and GFSI.
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members.

Skills
