Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a QA Supervisor (2nd Shift) in Pembroke, NC to supervise QA Technicians, ensure food safety and quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

The role requires knowledge of GMP, SQF, and HACCP, with a focus on customer expectations and productivity. Signing bonus of $2,500 is included, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA Technicians and coach the QA team.
• Provide guidance on quality and food safety to Operations and QA teams.
• Coordinate audits and inspections and address deficiencies.
• Oversee product releases and hold/recall activities as needed.
