Dessert Holdings is looking for a QA Supervisor (1st Shift) to join our team based in Pembroke, NC. This individual will be responsible for the supervision of all daily production floor activities as it relates to quality. This position will coordinate quality activities and provide leadership to ensure an effective food safety and quality management system is maintained. Provide technical support with an emphasis on customer expectations, continuous improvement opportunities, and productivity requirements. This position is responsible for the supervision of all daily production floor activities as it relates to quality and QA technicians. This position is also responsible for understanding related Quality Management Systems including SQF, HACCP, and GMP to ensure safety and quality of products.
The typical hiring range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 annually and is based on several factors such as education, work experience, skills, certifications, location, etc.
