Job summary

Old Dutch Foods seeks a second shift CLT to ensure product and packaging quality through routine QA tests in the lab and on the packaging floor. You will maintain precise records and follow procedures to assure quality and food safety.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to QA protocols are essential. Responsibilities include moisture, oil, salt, and FFA testing, as well as routine checks, documentation, and holding non-conforming lots.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; QA experience preferred.
• Experience performing laboratory tests and maintaining records.
• Familiarity with HACCP/SQF quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process, finished product and raw material tests (moisture, oil, salt, FFA).
• Perform laboratory round checks: seal integrity, packaging, codes, weights.
• Carry out metal detector tests and document results.
• Place product on hold and complete deviation paperwork by shift end.
• Record test results in the computer and maintain clean lab area.
