Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills for Electronic Health Record documentation.
• Valid driver’s license required and must remain valid.
• Experience working in psychiatric/healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with patients to achieve therapeutic goals through ADLs.
• Attend to patients’ problems, concerns, and crises as needed.
• Encourage activities and promote coping strategies; monitor status changes.
• Identify and respond to aggressive behavior using least restrictive interventions.
