Responsibilities

• Supervise production line crew to meet targets.
• Enforce SOPs, GMPs and HACCP.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and inventories.
• Organize equipment changes and rework as needed.
• Train employees and complete production reports.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and monitor machine operations.
