Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with at least 2 years' supervisor experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Team player with respect for coworkers and leadership.
• Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise plant production by organizing and assigning work.
• Prepare documentation related to production, shipping, receiving, safety and sanitation.
• Lead training and development of employees and manage performance.
• Organize and coordinate production efficiently.
• Ensure product quality meets specifications and standards.
• Learn and perform staff tasks during absences or workload.
• Demonstrate leadership for a safety‑focused culture.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Enforce company policies and attendance guidelines.
