Qualifikationen

• 1st responder training and certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience as Production Supervisor or Team Leader in manufacturing
• Ability to develop and assess performance metrics (Lean Daily Management)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of safety, health, and environmental best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication

Aufgaben

• Ensure safety and 6S in the work area
• Keep the building secure during shift hours
• Develop strategies to reach project goals
• Assign tasks with follow-up to ensure completion
• Monitor progress to keep production on schedule
• Manage flow with cross-training as needed
• Create and distribute progress reports
• Communicate updates to 1st shift management
• Other duties as assigned
