Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies in the United States is seeking a Team Leader to supervise production teams, drive safety initiatives, and ensure quality to meet customer expectations. You will train new employees, assign daily objectives, monitor progress, and report outcomes to first-shift management, while applying Lean daily management and continuous improvement to improve efficiency.

The role operates in a manufacturing setting with a standard 4-10 hour shifts and requires strong communication

Qualifications

• 1st responder training or willingness to acquire certification.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience as Production Supervisor or Team/Group Leader in manufacturing.
• Ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics (Lean Daily Management).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Understanding of safety, health, and environmental best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees work safely and maintain a 6S work area.
• Secure building during shift hours.
• Develop strategy to help team reach project goals.
• Assign tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
• Monitor progress to keep production on track.
• Manage flow of operations with cross-training as needed.
• Create and distribute reports updating progress.
• Communicate updates and issues to 1st shift management.
• Other duties as assigned.
