Qualifications

• Overtime may be required to support customer demand.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work safely around all production processes.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to follow standardized work.
• Experience with simple hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unaided and up to 75 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively look out for individual and team safety.
• Provide innovative ideas through problem-solving and Kaizen projects.
• Voice concerns to Team Leaders and help solve problems.
• Adhere to SOPs and identify irregularities, prescribing corrective actions.
• Report to work station and be prepared to work overtime when needed.
• Communicate with team to support continuous workflow.
• Maintain high quality standards for customers.
• Work at different stations and gain proficiency as needed.
