Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams on the shop floor.

• Experience in high-temperature or technical production is a plus.
• SAP experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate production schedules and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor workflow, address production issues, and optimize resource utilization.
