Job summary

Eaton is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Sherman, TX to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team focused on safety, quality and productivity. The role drives daily operations, attendance, and performance while mentoring operators and aligning with labor agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or associate with 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience, or high school with 4+ years manufacturing/ops experience.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Champion a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies and practices.
Lead daily operations for your area, including team performance, safety, and 5S+ standards.
Train, coach, and develop operators, providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
Foster strong employee relations and ensure fair application of labor agreements and company policies.
Track and manage attendance, performance, and departmental records.
Drive accountability for production targets and ensure leaders understand their roles.
