Eaton’s Power Components Division is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift at the El Paso, TX manufacturing facility. You will lead all plant activities during second shift, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost while engaging hourly and salary staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervising teams.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits. Within 50 miles of El Paso, TX.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities including manpower allocation and schedule execution.
• Lead multiple production areas while ensuring efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Own safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives during second shift.
• Act as highest-level salaried leader on-site during second shift and ensure continuity across functions.
• Lead structured problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
