Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing or Operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing/supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities including manpower allocation, schedule execution, workload balancing, and attainment of customer demand.
• Lead multiple production areas while ensuring efficient utilization of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Own Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory objectives.
