Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with manufacturing/operations experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Champion a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with safety policies and practices.
• Lead daily operations for the area, including team performance, safety, and 5S+ standards.
• Train, coach, and develop operators, providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Foster strong employee relations and fair application of labor agreements and company policies.
• Track attendance, performance, and departmental records; escalate issues promptly.
