Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Cudahy, Wisconsin. The role leads production employees, drives on-time targets, and enforces high-quality standards across the line.

You will train and motivate staff while ensuring safety and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee yields, adjust processes in real time, conduct safety audits, and manage monthly line meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Food/beverage manufacturing or logistics/warehouse background preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to motivate and train staff.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments; long hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and take corrective action to ensure safety.
• Lead safety audits and enforce HACCP/USDA regulations.
• Maintain product quality by training staff on SOPs and LOTO procedures.
• Track yields, efficiencies, and variances to improve workflows and reduce costs.
• Direct hourly staff and align on safety, quality and production goals.
• Lead monthly line meetings and manage floor presence daily.
• Analyze production metrics and propose efficiency improvements.
