Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead and support our Janesville, WI operation. The role oversees the 2nd shift (about 40 employees) and participates in PBM culture while driving productivity and performance improvements for hourly team members.

The position is salaried and will involve hiring, coaching, and developing staff as part of a broad manufacturing leadership team. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing safety policies and processes.
• Experience facilitating 1-on-1 and group conversations.
• Flexible to work the identified shift schedule (3rd shift, M-F 10pm-6am).
