Qualifications

• Supervising experience in manufacturing/production or similar environments.
• Experience in corrugated packaging or converting operations is preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team in safety, health, environmental and quality compliance.
• Coach, train and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, and production.
• Promote PBM Philosophy and drive improvements to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Interact with maintenance, quality, and commercial partners to ensure on-time production.
• Plan, assign and direct work for hourly production employees with performance feedback.
