Job summary

The role includes supervising production schedules, conducting safety inspections, and collaborating across functions to optimize equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading team members in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using math for precise counts and measurements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of personnel.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of production processes by understanding operation, safety, and technical documentation.
• Conduct general safety and visual quality inspections.
• Assist with Production Schedule based on staffing levels and priority list.
• Ensure quality standards are adhered to on a consistent basis.
• Maintain and control workflow for optimal utilization of equipment.
• Assist in on-the-job training.
