Job summary

Kito-Crosby, the world leader in the heavy lift industry, seeks a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Longview, TX. You will direct a 20–30+ person crew across machining, forging, welding, finishing, and assembly, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time shipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift, 12:00 PM–10:00 PM.
• Overtime may start as early as 8:00 PM and extend past 10:00 PM.
• Open to weekend rotation, up to 50% of the time depending on business needs.
• ERP experience (SAP, AS400) or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Supervise team in machining, forging, welding, finishing, and/or assembly operations.
• Manage production quality, quantity, cost, schedules, material usage, and workflow to meet goals.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, Engineering, Production Control, Scheduling, and Purchasing.
• Provide daily direction, training, and guidance to team members.
• Coordinate workflow and order sequences to meet shipment deadlines.
• Support safety investigations and corrective actions as needed.
