As part of the Kito-Crosby team, you will be supporting channel partners and end users around the world using Crosby products in mission-critical applications ranging from renewable power development, space exploration, national defense, manufacturing, and infrastructure development.
The Group Leader directs, supervises, and coordinates machining, forging, welding, painting, and/or assembly operations. This role supervises a crew of 20 to 30+ team members involved in the production, finishing, and assembly of the Company’s products. The Group Leader is responsible for safety, quality, production quantity, manufacturing costs, meeting production schedules, and on-time shipment of product lines.

This position includes both office and shop floor responsibilities. Office duties may require long periods of sitting, telephone work, computer work, and regular interaction with others.
The role also requires moderate exposure to shop conditions, which may vary depending on the task assigned. Shop conditions may include noise, dust, fumes, vapors, solutions controlled to OSHA standards, and dirty or confined work areas. The position involves extensive standing and walking and may include indoor and occasional outdoor work.
