Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead heat transfer product manufacturing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost targets. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires strong leadership to manage staffing, scheduling, and machine maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS or equivalent, 3+ years manufacturing experience, and familiarity with SAP, Kronos, and MS Office. Minimal travel is expected, with a focus on lean practices and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with SAP and Kronos a plus; working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Selects and trains employees to perform tasks effectively.
• Manage day-to-day operations including planning, scheduling, staffing and machine maintenance to meet schedules.
• Meet or exceed annual manufacturing budget.
• Promote Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Support safety initiatives and maintain a safe workplace.
• Communicate with leadership and ensure on-time product shipping.
