Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Experience supervising in Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience/training in Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, Lean preferred.
• Quality systems knowledge to monitor staff performance and costs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate team performance; ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Monitor and measure team performance for accuracy; document daily production metrics.
• Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize accidents.
• Ensure compliance with processes, work instructions, standard work and elements.
• Liaise with materials department to ensure on-time receipt and shipment of material.
• Other duties as assigned.
