Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) to lead 30-70 associates, drive daily production, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role focuses on coaching, Lean improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position offers a 2:00 pm–10:30 pm schedule (Mon–Fri) with strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience.
• Hands-on leader with sense of urgency.
• Excellent coaching and teambuilding skills.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Experience implementing lean initiatives and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of 30-70 associates and foster collaboration.
• Mentor associates and promote teamwork and growth.
• Champion safety and environmental initiatives for a secure workplace.
• Maintain emphasis on quality and customer service excellence.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
• Act as liaison between departments for effective communication.
• Assist in successful launch of new products.
• Manage resources to achieve departmental goals.
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
