Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) to lead daily manufacturing activities, ensuring on-time schedules and quality. The role oversees 30-70 associates, drives safety and continuous improvement, and mentors teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership ability with hands-on approach.
• Strong coaching and teambuilding skills.
• Experience implementing lean initiatives and cost reduction.
• Familiarity with scheduling processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of approximately 30-70 associates.
• Lead and mentor associates, promoting teamwork and growth.
• Champion safety and environmental initiatives.
• Maintain emphasis on quality and customer service.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
• Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication.
• Assist in the successful launch of new products.
• Manage resources effectively to achieve departmental goals.
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
