Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Resolve operational issues and elevate concerns to management or engineering as needed.
• Train and coach employees on standard operating procedures and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate production records and support shift handovers.
