Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Train and coach employees on SOPs and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate production records and support shift handovers.
• Coordinate heat treat activities and employee tasks.
• Assist in quality system activities.
• Drive continuous improvements to production programs.
• Support in problem response and resolution.
• Maintain customer quality standards and take corrective actions.
• Meet production schedules and track KPIs with countermeasures.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Monitor attendance and maintain records.
• Administer provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Maintain discipline within the department.
• Maintain daily timekeeping and production records.
