Job summary

Dana Canada Corp. is seeking a manufacturing leader to oversee production supervisors on their assigned shift, ensuring daily productivity, efficiency, cost, quality, safety and EOE objectives through teamwork and continuous improvement.

You will monitor KPIs, drive performance improvements across shifts, lead initiatives to reduce waste, collaborate with engineering, maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and develop

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
5+ years of experience.

Oversee production supervisors and ensure alignment with plant goals.
