Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field is required.

• Experience leading projects and selecting countermeasures.
• Ability to work daily overtime and all three shifts; strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee activities and maintain production schedules.
• Support quality system activities and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead improvement projects and monitor KPIs with countermeasures.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and production discipline.
• Maintain production timekeeping records and attendance data.
• Assist in administering the collective bargaining agreement and discipline.
