Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage production team members, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor efficiency, scrap rates, downtime, and labor utilization to meet goals.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Investigate and resolve production, quality, and equipment-related issues.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Materials and HR to support objectives.
• Conduct daily production meetings and communicate KPIs to the team.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Oversee inventory control and material usage; participate in audits and corrective actions.
• Support new product launches and process improvements.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive team environment.
